Country Code +52
Starting 11/4/2006 changes were
made (“El que llama paga”) when
dialing cellular phones in Mexico.
At the same time the cost of
completing calls to Mexican cellular phones will go up at least
14 cents.
The increase was approved by Mexican telecommunications regulator Comisión Federal de Telecomunicaciones, Cofetel.
