PNG PowerDial is a post-paid dial around service.  This means you can call any number (within US or international) by first dialing toll free access number 1-888-3030-730 before each call.  PNG Powerdial can be added to your PNG account (if you are a PNG customer) or can be provided stand alone (if you use another long distance carrier and do not want to switch to PNG).  The benefits of dial around are that you can make low cost international or long distance calls from any authorized phone.
